By bank transfer
You can Top-up by bank transfer free of charge. To make a transfer, log in to your
eccount online and click on
"View bank transfer details" under the "Top-up" tab.
At PayPoint locations
Top-up with cash at over 19,500 retail locations nationwide displaying the PayPoint logo (3% fee).
At Post Office branches
You can also top-up at over 14,500 Post Office branches (99p fee).

Would you like to have your card topped-up by a friend / family member?
Contact Customer Care today to order an additional free Top-up Card. You can hand it to a friend / family member and they will be able to Top-up your Tuxedo Card at Post Office branches and PayPoint locations in the UK.

Transfers from abroad - If you’re transferring funds from abroad, your bank may ask you to quote the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). Contact Customer Care to send you the details.
Top-up Alerts - You can register for free top-up alerts by email or text (8p) whenever cleared money is loaded into your eccount.
