Direct Debit Payment Enablement Service

Once you have upgraded to the £3,000 limit card, you can set-up a direct debit payment service direct from the primary card to simplify how you make your regular payments.

To set-up a direct debit download, print and complete the direct debit payment form and follow the instructions.

Additional information:

Funds for your direct debit payment will be taken from your card on the date specified on your form (or the date specified on your statement from your supplier/service provider), providing you have sufficient funds available including the service fee.

Direct debit payments will be active on your service within 10 days of set-up.

If your direct debit payment fails during the initial attempt, we will automatically try a second time. If it fails a second time, it will not be resubmitted and you will be required to set-up your direct debit payment again (£2.50 fee applies).

If you experience problems completing the form, please contact the Customer Care number on the reverse of your prepaid card.

To amend or cancel a direct debit please notify us by post to: eccount Admin, P.O. Box 99, Southport, PR9 0UL
